For a limited time, qualified contractors can receive the TradeShield™ Assessment at no cost. The assessment has a standard value of $199.

How long does the assessment take?

Part One — 15–20 minutes:
A brief call to answer a few questions about your business and help us understand how it operates.

Part Two — We do the work:
We review your books to identify where Trade Traps™ may be affecting your business.

Every TradeShield Assessment™ is personally prepared—not generated by software. We typically spend approximately two hours reviewing your business and preparing your findings and recommendations.

Am I required to become a client?

No. The TradeShield™ Assessment is designed to provide valuable insights whether or not you choose to work with My Bookkeeping Studio afterward.

What information do I need to provide?

We'll discuss your current bookkeeping process, reporting, and business goals. Additional financial information may be requested if needed to complete your assessment accurately.

What happens after my assessment?

We'll review your results together, explain your TradeShield Score™, identify any Trade Traps™ we found, and discuss practical recommendations for protecting your profits and strengthening your business.
